Welcome to Bobo (“Bobo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bobo mobile application (the “App”), operated by a U.S.-based company in Colorado.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Bobo is intended for adults 18 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

To use Bobo, you must create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs through it.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use Bobo only for its intended purpose: helping adults explore and organize baby name preferences.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems
• Misuse partner invite features or submit false information
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

4. Partner Invites

Bobo allows users to invite a partner via phone number to collaborate on name preferences.
There is no in-app messaging or chat functionality.

5. Freemium Features & Payments

Bobo offers both free and paid features. Any purchases are handled exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

• Prices and features are displayed in the App
• Payments, renewals, and refunds are managed by Apple
• We do not process or store payment information
  
  

Refund requests must be made directly through the App Store.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Bobo (excluding user-provided content) are owned by Bobo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. User Content

You may enter limited free-text information (e.g., last name preferences).
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the App.

8. Disclaimer

Bobo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or results from use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bobo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
